Engaged to collaborate with LRAAD, the design vision focused on an elegant high quality coastal lifestyle landscape to compliment the contemporary low-rise multi-residential apartment development.

A key outcome was to enhance the existing vernacular of the coastal context and surrounding location.

The design moves included creating an extended rooftop recreational area comprising a pool, lush pool terrace with a feature palm planting within the decking apron, BBQ terraces, and lounge areas with views over the Gold Coast foreshore.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was involved from conceptual and development approval. This project is currently active with future phases planned for late 2022.
