Engaged to collaborate with BDA Architecture and Urbis Town Planning.

The design vision focused on an elegant resort-style landscape to compliment the contemporary low-rise multi-residential apartment development over a commercial base. To enhance the existing vernacular of this emerging precinct.

The design moves included creating an extended rooftop recreational area comprising a pool, lush pool terrace with shaded cabana seating, sunken BBQ terraces, and lounge areas with views over the Gold Coast foreshore.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was involved from conceptual design for development approval. This project is currently active with future phases planned for early 2022.
