Engaged to collaborate with BDA , Eastview, and the consultant team. The design vision focused on creating a subtly integrated landscape to complement the contemporary architecture of this redeveloped commercial site.

The design moves included creating an extended outdoor covered dining area on level 1. Including ground-level site frontage and internal planters to create a subtle integration of the landscape into the architectural expression.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was engaged for the concept design and the successful approval of the development application.
