Engaged to collaborate with BDA Architecture and Zone Town Planning.

The design vision focused on creating an elegant resort-style landscape to compliment the contemporary low-rise multi-residential apartment development over a commercial base. To enhance the existing vernacular of this emerging precinct.

The design moves included creating an extended ground-level recreational area comprising a pool, lush pool terrace with shaded cabana seating, and BBQ terraces opening onto a flexible open lawn.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was involved from conceptual design for development approval. This project is currently active with future phases planned for early 2024.
