Engaged by GDM Property to work collaboratively with Burchills Engineering Solutions.

The design vision focused on creating shaded walkable neighbourhood streets using native species and remaining consistent with the existing landscape character of the Stoneleigh Reserve Estate. Providing the missing piece to the development puzzle.

The key design moves included retaining the existing mature street trees along School Road, extending the existing Stoneleigh Reserve School Road frontage and providing native street tree planting to create shaded footpaths.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was involved in conceptual design for development approval. This project is currently active.
