Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was engaged to work collaboratively with WMK Architecture.

The design vision focused on four clear design principles:

• Make it Local

• Make it Human

• Make it Social

• Make it Active

The key design moves included maximisation of planting opportunities at entry points and along with boundary interfaces of the proposed architectural expression. Providing a sense of green immersion at the point of entry into each lease space. Greening and soften of existing car park areas.
