Engaged by GDM Property & Douglas Capital to work collaboratively with Burchills Engineering Solutions.

The design vision focused on creating shaded walkable neighbourhood streets using native species and being sympathetic to the existing Jimboomba landscape character.

The key design moves included creating an extended bridged entry experience across the proposed stormwater basins and providing native street tree planting to create shaded walkable neighourhood streets.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was involved in conceptual design for development approval. This project is currently active.
