Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was engaged to work collaboratively with BDA Architecture and Tactica Development & Planning.

The design vision focused on four clear design principles:

• Make it Local

• Make it Human

• Make it Social

• Make it Active

The key design moves included maximisation of planting opportunities at the ground and first levels of the proposed architectural expression. Providing a sense of green immersion at the point of entry from Jefferson Lane. The first level communal areas comprised; recreational pool, gym, BBQ terrace, and social gathering spaces. Direct beach access creates a luxury lifestyle landscape.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was involved from conceptual design to successful development approval. This project is currently active.
