The design vision focused on creating an elegant lush landscape to compliment the contemporary architectural expression to enhance the existing vernacular of this riverside development.

With close proximity to the Southport city centre the design moves included creating multiple recreational areas, enhanced streetscape experiences and extensive use of landscape throughout the builtform of this residential development.

The communal outdoor areas providing residents and visitors with various recreational opportunities. These spaces comprising lush garden terraces, pool, BBQ terraces and lounge areas with expensive views toward the Gold Coasts broadwater.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture were involved from conceptual design including DA approval. This project is currently active with future phases planned for early 2024.
