Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was engaged by GDI Property Group to work collaboratively with the local teams at Plus Architecture and Context Planning.
The design vision focused on four clear design principles:
Make it Local
Make it Human
Make it Social
Make it Active
The key design move included draping the landscape over the architectural expression. Providing a sense of green immersion at the point of entry and reinforcing this experience throughout the communal areas which comprised; pools, gyms, BBQ terraces, and social gathering spaces.
Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was involved from conceptual design to delivery. This project is currently active.
