The design vision focused on creating an elegant lush landscape to compliment the contemporary architectural improvements and extension to an aged retail precinct.

The design moves included creating an extended outdoor covered dining area on level 1 with the inclusion of lush landscaping, framed seating nooks, and informal resting opportunities. The project included improvements to the existing streetscape character comprising full-width paved verge and new feature palm planting.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was engaged for the concept design and the successful approval of the development application.
