Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture were engaged to work collaboratively with the local teams at BDA Architecture and Zone Town Planning. The design vision focused on four clear design principles:

• Make it Local

• Make it Human

• Make it Social

• Make it Active

The key design move included draping the landscape over the architectural expression. Providing a sense of green immersion at the point of entry and reinforcing this experience throughout the communal areas which comprised; pools, gyms, BBQ terraces, and social gathering spaces.

Shepherd Urban Landscape Architecture was involved from conceptual design to development application. This project is currently active.
